SYAMCAT pre-reforming catalyst is a high nickel system supported on a porous carrier. It’s carried out in an adiabatic reactor, and the reaction thermal efficiency is high.
Application of Pre-reforming Catalysts
Methane- rich gas:
Applied to pre- reforming process of higher hydrocarbons and steam reforming process of partial hydrocarbons to generate methane- rich gas.
Hydrocarbon feedstock:
Suitable to a wide range of hydrocarbon feedstock, such as naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbons, refinery off- gas, natural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination.
Fixed bed pre- reformer:
Suitable for fixed bed pre- reformer.
