Additionally, it's compatible with modern energy-saving AMV or Braun low water-to-carbon ratio conversion processes for ammonia synthesis gas.
Application of Primary Steam Reforming Catalyst
Syngas Progress: Used in steam reforming process of hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, oxo- synthesis gas, carb on monoxide etc..
A wide range of feedstock: Suitable for a wide range of feedstock, such as naphtha with FBP less than 180℃, light hydrocarbons, LPG, refinery off- gas, natural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination.
Various types of tabular reformers: Suitable for various types of tabular reformers with top-fired, fired, side -bottom -fired firebox or other configurations such as heat exchanger etc., SYAMCAT Z433 should be loaded in the upper section of the reformer tubes in combination with SYAMCAT Z434 loaded in the lower part.
