What is the Test Standard of SYAMCAT A217R Ammonia Synthesis Catalyst Activity?
Activity Measurement:
Following the Q/HG-1551-85 standard, the activity of SYAMCAT A217R ammonia synthesis catalyst is assessed under laboratory conditions.
The catalyst is prepared with a particle size of 1.0 to 1.4 mm, a loading of 2 ml, a pressure of 15.0 MPa, a space velocity of 3×10^4 hr⁻¹, and a temperature of 415°C (after 20 hours of heat resistance at 500°C). The minimum ammonia content in the outlet gas should not be less than 14.2%.
