What are the conditions when factory used ammonia synthesis catalysts?

①　When ammonia synthesis catalyst is exposed to the air, it is prone to moisture absorption, leading to the precipitation of soluble potassium salts on the surface, causing a decline in activity, especially at low temperatures. It is also susceptible to poisoning by toxic substances in the air, especially for pre-reduced catalysts. Therefore, it is required not to open the drum cover before loading, and if opened, it should be resealed immediately.

②　During storage, it should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, and the packaging should be regularly inspected.
